The Wellness Connection
Reclaim Your Energy. Reconnect with Yourself.
Work 1:1 with a nationally certified, Mayo Clinic-trained wellness coach to find clarity, balance, and lasting well-being—virtually, on your schedule.
As a holistic wellness coach, I help people find clarity and alignment with their passions and priorities, including professional goals, family responsibilities, and personal health and well-being.
Together, we’ll explore how your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health impact your energy, joy, and creative flow. Then we’ll craft personalized strategies to help you thrive.
Through our partnership, you’ll:
Reconnect with your creativity by addressing the root causes of burnout, procrastination, or feeling stuck.
Enhance your energy and focus with wellness practices tailored to your unique needs.
Develop sustainable routines that support your well-being.
Navigate obstacles like perfectionism, self-doubt, and other blocks with confidence and clarity.
Harmonize your personal life, health, and ambitions.
By integrating mindfulness, movement, nourishing habits, and practical tools, I’ll help you unlock flow and create with more ease and joy.
Let’s create a partnership that empowers you to thrive as a whole person.
You don’t have to go it alone.

What is a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach?
A holistic health and wellness coach is your partner in creating a harmonized, sustainable approach to well-being. We look beyond quick fixes, diving into how your physical, mental, and emotional health work together to support your goals and daily life.
Coaching is especially impactful for professionals, caregivers, and creatives like writers, who often face unique challenges:
🔵 Burnout and overwhelm
🔵 Disconnect from sense of purpose, drive, and flow
🔵 Struggling to juggle it all without losing yourself in the process
🔵 Energy slumps: Feeling stuck, uninspired, or just too drained to move forward
🔵 Lack of focus or direction: Trying to do the work you love but battling constant distractions or stress
Together, we explore customized strategies to help you regain clarity, build resilience, and create a life that fuels your creativity and purpose. We craft a well-being plan that empowers you to thrive—not just survive.
I was trained in Mayo Clinic’s Health and Wellness Coach program, and I am nationally board certified.

Habit building
What muscle are you building this summer?
I’ve been thinking about muscles lately. And by “muscles,” I don’t mean the kind you build with lifting weights — although that is great, too. I’m thinking instead about that new skill you’re developing or wellness habit you’re trying out. Each time we practice that thing, whatever it may be, we strengthen the neural pathways that support our motivation and ability to keep doing it. It could be writing Morning Pages, meditating before bed, taking a daily walk, or setting a healthy boundary in a relationship.
