What is wellness coaching?

I use evidence-based, motivational interviewing techniques combined with accountability to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes and reach your wellness goals.

I learned my coaching technique at the Mayo Clinic, which emphasized the importance of positive psychology. This coaching style supports a big-picture, solution-focused mindset that will help you build and sustain motivation. (Burke, M.)
